Andromeda-Web.Com is a fairly new website [opened 9th April 2004] whose original purpose was to provide high quality screencaps of Gene Roddenberry's ANDROMEDA. We've stuck to our goal, and are now proud to say that we have the largest collection of HQ Andromeda caps on the web!

Thank you to everyone that has emailed words of encouragement along the way - we've saved all of your emails and knowing that you use our pictures in your beautiful fanart motivates us to keep on capping!

Jan 22, 2008 New Screencap Size?

Hi Guys,

I've got a new capping program and it enables me to cap in a larger size. Out of the two below, let me know how many of your prefer to the larger size. If I get a lot of people saying "yes".. well, I'll change my caps!

852x480 (current), or 1325x750

Any larger and the image starts to get pixelated

EDIT: Alright guys, I went ahead and finished capping 2.04 (Pitiless As The Sun) in the new, larger format. It takes a little longer, and the files are bigger (the ZIP is almost double the size of the old ones) but hopefully it'll suit y'all better!

In the meantime, I will continue capping Season 2 in the larger format. If you have any episode that you would like capped larger first (from any season), please let me know and I'll move it to the front of the queue.

I've had a problem upgrading and will have to re-build the board from scratch so we don't lose any posts. Shouldn't take more than a couple of days!
